Every year my crops get bigger and I have to seriously prune the trees by a good third every fourth year or they just get too big. I don't have any of these trees and Quince Jelly is my favourite preserve. I wish I had preserving skills like you. Our avocados are about to be picked and the limes, oranges and lemons are coming off in dribs and drabs. I am in northern NSW.
